Information Services Group (ISG) has recognized LTI as one of the top 25 transforming organizations in their new book on digital excellence, Scaling Digital: 25 Stories of Innovation. The 2020 edition of the book features how LTI helped the blender manufacturer improve customer satisfaction by 1.5x, triple its throughput, increase the number of orders, and save more than USD 900,000 annually, by transforming the core business processes.
The ISG book on digital excellence is the product of a rigorous examination of a significant number of digital case studies submitted by the provider community, on the criteria of their uniqueness, complexity, impact, and overall commitment to the client’s success. ISG also interviewed the clients involved, assessing the impact of each transformation on the client’s business and indexing ISG’s evaluation criteria to determine the top 25 case studies. LTI’s case study stood out due to its strong partnership with the blender manufacturer and impressive, tangible business results achieved with the application of cutting-edge digital technologies and overall commitment to excellence.
Leveraging its Novigo Automation Framework, LTI identified various process in Supply Chain Management, Finance and Accounting, Human Resources and Operations that can be scaled through automation, and designed and built various RPA-centric digital solutions that automated tasks including scanning product labels, updating the ERP, creating new shipment records, creating order numbers and printing shipping labels in less than 30 seconds. LTI also implemented Virtual Digital Assistant powered by AI and analytics into the company’s B2C website for faster onboarding and complete after- sales support automation for customers and employees. It offers deep-dive user analytics with detailed user behaviour flow KPIs and leverages RPA bots for data management, normalization and automation.
As part of the Smart Blender Solution, LTI built a Digital Assistant solution integrated with voice channels like Alexa and Google Home and with access to over 0.4 million recipes. The solution delivers a rich personalized customer experience with features including user preferences, meal planner, food pairing, suggestion for recipes, FAQ-Blender support and more.
