  • Chad Alderson is Chief Executive of L&T Infotech Financial Services Technologies Inc.  Chad brings 25 years of IT experience in the financial sector with a strong background in business management and IT operations.   As Chief Executive of L&T Infotech Canada, Chad is responsible for the organizational strategy as well as increasing the visibility of all products and services provided by LTIFST.   Prior to leading LTIFST for L&T Infotech, Chad was Senior Vice President (SVP) and Group Head at Tech Mahindra, and was accountable for all aspects of the business in Canada with a focus on: Driving revenue growth; building Tech Mahindra's brand in Canada; and increasing market penetration. 

    Chad recently completed the Mahindra Universe Program at the Harvard Business school (2014) and is scheduled to complete his Chartered Director (C. Dir) in 2016.

    Chad is on the Board of Bike for Tykes a non-profit organization in Toronto in addition to his role as an advisory board member for TheBankCloud.

  • ​Tina brings 30+ years of proven accomplishment in the financial services and technology sectors. Her business and technology experience within global organizations both in Canada & Europe have provided challenging and yet thriving environments to succeed.  Tina is responsible for Relationship Management functions which includes Business and Partner Development. She oversees Product Management direction driven by the Canadian industry and her customers while providing the oversight on Marketing events and Public Relations activities that are paramount to promoting the L&T brand awareness in Canada.  Her depth and diverse experience across these business disciplines provides the required focus to deliver upon the needs of our clients, driving growth within her business and providing unprecedented value with expediency and quality. Tina and her team represent the voice of the client and is a trusted partner and thought leader with a relentless drive to advance business value which creates opportunities resulting in exceptional client experience and ultimate business growth.​

  • Corey Gill is Deputy Head of Sales with a mandate to lead the New Business Development (NBD) team.

    Corey is an experienced leader with knowledge in both sales and operations—allowing business development planning that considers the full cycle; Prospect to Customer. Corey has the proven ability to introduce new and unique ideas in order to empower businesses, differentiate offerings and develop new opportunities.

    In his previous role as Regional Head of Sales for Eastern Canada for Tech Mahindra, Corey was instrumental in obtaining Bank of Montreal as a client, and his tenure with organizations such as the Q9 Network, MTS Allstream and TELUS, showcases his ability as an experienced leader in sales, operations and delivery.
