Her research focuses on compliance with data protection rules, privacy as a competitive differentiator, ethics, and risk management. Enza speaks regularly at national and international executive conferences, and her research is often quoted in the media, including The Wall Street Journal and Forbes.

Prior to joining Forrester’s security and risk team, Enza was a researcher on the CIO team and a research associate on the BT futures team. She has collaborated on a variety of research reports, covering cloud computing, analytics, smart cities, and connected business.

Ritu Khanna leads the Data Privacy practice at LTI, helping enterprise clients adopt privacy by design in their data management and governance operations. Ritu’s global experience spans two decades of consulting, technology and operations across BFSI, Fintech, Consumer and Lifesciences.
In her previous roles, she has helped set up business operations across countries in consumer service operations, shared services and risk and compliance.

Ritu will share her experiences and use cases working with a variety of end consumer and organizations who were impacted by the pandemic and how these organizations worked towards ensuring and enhancing data privacy in the new normal.
