The Client
The client is the world's 3rd largest (UK-based) financial group, with
a 300 year lineage, servicing over 25 million customers through its
presence in over 60 countries across Europe, the Americas, Africa
and Asia.
The Challenge
The client was experiencing increasing overhead and operation
costs in its product rollout as part of its overall business plan to
grow in India and other emerging markets. Poor product quality and
lack of location specific domain knowledge was delaying the launch
of retail operations.
The solution
As a preferred partner of the client, L&T Infotech established a
Dedicated Testing Centre (DTC) that offered the following key
