Our service offerings are categorized into four infrastructure towers, Server & Storage, Network, Applications and Desktops. We also provide common services across these towers such as helpdesk, enterprise management and cross-functional services. We provide 24x7x365 infrastructure support using a Global Delivery Model that combines onsite and offshore services. We provide our service from our state-of-the-art Global NOC facility in Mumbai, India which is backed up by a Disaster Recovery site at Chennai, India. Our tried and tested service transitioning methodology ensures minimum disruption of services and optimum knowledge transfer. We use a wide range of infrastructure monitoring and management tools for carrying out work. We have set up an Infrastructure Lab for testing various technologies and carrying out 'proof of concepts'. This lab is also used to provide simulated training to our delivery teams. Our delivery model adheres to ISO 27001 security standards and follows the ITIL framework for service delivery and service support. We are currently in the process of carrying out ISO-20000 certification. Quality is an intrinsic part of our delivery methodology and we constantly upgrade and refine our processes. |
