Our client is one of the world's leading oil companies. Based in the US, their activities span Oil & Gas exploration, refining and marketing of oil, lubricants, fuels, petrochemicals and power production businesses

The client needed to outsource backup operations for enterprise servers spread across multiple locations in US & Europe.
 
The Solution
Our solution included:
  • 24x5 Level 1/Level 2 offshore support for backup operations of 2500+ production servers
  • Support activities include:
    • Proactive monitoring of 13 Legato Enterprise backup servers with a daily backup volume of 100TB
    • Remote troubleshooting of failed backups
    • Remote commissioning & decommissioning of the production, test and development servers for backup
    • Remote restoration of user and application data
