L&T Infotech recertified to upgraded ISO 9001:2008
We are pleased to announce that L&T Infotech is certified as compliant to ISO 9001:2008, the latest Quality Management Standard valid from 30 March 2010 till 29 March 2013.
Bureau Veritas, after rigorous audits of over 40 projects and support functions conducted across all centers between 7th & 19thJanuary 2010, had recommended us for recertification. The lead auditor with the team of 10 auditors covered all BUs and BEUs. While summarizing the audit findings, he complimented the effective deployment of processes at L&T Infotech.
This time, we have got certificates accredited by UKAS (UK based) and ANAB( North American).
The scope of the certification includes IT Infrastructure Management Services, IT Operations Support, Application Software Development, Maintenance & Support, Package Implementation & Support and Software Testing Services.
