(CoE) provides thought
partnership to clients in

collaborating with academia,
innovators, major technology
providers and research
analysts. Our focus is to
create innovative solutions
that leverage the value of
technology for fulfilling
real business needs - think
of it as putting next
generation technologies to
work for our clients today.
The CoE was created when L&T
Infotech was set up - a
testimony to the important
role it plays in all our
operations. Instead of
single department, it
functions like an eco-system
of federated CoEs
proliferated across the
organization - from
corporate to customer,
domain to technology. A
Technology Board, headed by
our CEO, monitors and
streamlines CoE initiatives.
A number of internal
initiatives like contests,
exhibitions, expert
interactions ensure that our teams are
always at the forefront of
technology change. CoE
leaders mentor aspiring
solution architects through
a structured 2 year program
jointly undertaken with our
HR department. |
