Role-based Training
For each role, certain training programs have been defined as role-based programs. The objective is to empower you understand and execute your responsibilities for that position.

Continuing Education Programs
Continuing Education Programs (CEP) are conducted to enhance your knowledge, skills and attitude as a professional. These programs are conducted throughout the year and are based on needs prioritized in the organization training plan.

Certification Track
We encourage you to acquire various international certifications, which are beneficial to an individual as well as to an organization. In an effort to motivate, we reimburse the complete cost of certification, depending on your merit.

We understand that leadership is context-specific and hence, leaders need to bring to the table a variety of competencies.

Our Leadership Journeyman (LJ) program series help us groom the future leaders of L&T Infotech. These intensive 5-day workshops guide the budding leaders through their transition to different levels of leadership in the organization. Senior management participates in the various sessions which provide a practitioner’s perspective on the various knowledge areas.

The LJ program series consists of 3 initiatives focused on 3 distinct levels of leadership:
  • Leadership Journeyman – Junior
    As you move from an individual contributor to a manager of small teams, the challenge lies in being responsible for your own productivity as well as for the project's and the team's productivity. LJ – Junior program helps you to make this transition.
  • Leadership Journeyman
    As a successful project manager, you already know how to build teams and manage projects. As you prepare to move to the next level of leadership, you need to understand the expected competencies and begin with self-awareness. Feedback-intensive LJ program focuses on understanding the leadership competencies and analytical skills for effective business propositions.

  • Leadership Journeyman – Senior
    Grooming leaders and building a leadership pipeline is a key skill to be developed if you are a senior manager. Focusing on business growth and strategizing the same is the other key dimension at this level of leadership. LJ – Senior program focuses on strategic orientation, impact & influence and grooming next level leaders.

Focused initiatives to develop account management excellence and solution architecting are also two other key initiatives undertaken by the leadership development team.
