Campus Graduates from Management Institutes
At L&T Infotech, transition from academic to corporate life is a learning experience as we provide right guidance at the right time. When you join us, you go through a training program which covers topics such as:

- Software engineering from business perspective
- Business etiquettes
- Client Interaction
After this intensive training, you are allocated to respective Business Unit (BU)/Group, wherein you receive on-the-job training under a mentor. Your performance is monitored and evaluated at regular intervals. The objective is to help you gain better understanding of the organization and your role.
